To give you an idea what we do, here is the zapfactory `live` project list: We are very much engaged in ramping up Aventage Consulting www.aventageconsulting.com which launched July 2016 and so far has >25 active customers (including a large global conglomerate, publicly listed companies and advisory/financial firms) and growing especially in the area of strategy/M&A and also setting up a financial fund for renewables investment. We are in addition, early stage in working on supply chain for the UK's drive to install more offshore wind power. Recently, we are also involved in some start-ups in Carbon Offsetting (forest planting), IoT area (internet of things) and cyber security investments. Another 'tasty' project is commercial advisor for the launch of a new range of vegan, alcoholic cocktail ice creams called Wicked Ice.
In the past 5 years, we had an embedded analyst doing market research for a leading pharma consultancy, set up a biotech investment fund, negotiated a multi-million dollar, cross border complicated personnel class action, chaired an advisory board for UK software start-up, completed European growth strategy for specialty chemicals company, assisted in launch of `new to world` aquatic life saving device, advised military/special forces training company, negotiated 2 legal settlements for a strata community and led a class action on an employment dispute, formulated sourcing strategies to counter future oil price increases for huge global group.
During 2014 & 2015, we completed the following; due diligence team member on multi billion $ global industrial M&A, negotiated $100m customer/banking/financial issue in South America, legal contract drafting in B2B construction dispute, strategy and build of an iPhone APP for consumer goods company, advised top global law firm on launch of specific client services, website/marketing for watersports company in Spain, expansion strategy for niche retail business in SW England, business case for setting up an API pharma company, search for financial backer for turbine blade plant in the UK, led project assessment to negotiate/build a large industrial site (500,000 m2) in Bahia, Brasil, search for interim CPO, plus several business development activities in recycling, logistics (with Deloitte), IPR, chemical process equipment.
